1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the digital art subscription and consulting services offered by CreateVu ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

CreateVu provides digital consulting services including:

  • AI Digital Art & Fashion Lookbook (7-Day Access) — a subscription-based digital broadcast feed of curated AI-generated editorial art.
  • AI Creator Mentorship & Prompt Engineering (7-Day Pass) — 1-on-1 text-based consulting, prompt engineering reviews, and custom workflow generation guidance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Digital Delivery

All services are delivered 100% digitally. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a secure digital environment and issued a unique access token. This token grants entry to the relevant service portal for a period of 7 days (168 hours). Access is automatically revoked at the end of this period unless renewed.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated artwork, lookbook content, prompt engineering materials, and consulting outputs provided through our services are proprietary to CreateVu. Clients may use delivered content for personal, non-commercial reference and learning. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

Clients agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell their access token or any content received.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our platforms.
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreateVu's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary digital art and the allocation of 1-on-1 consulting time, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy once the digital access link has been generated and utilized.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Digital goods and consulting access are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Once an access token is generated and the digital environment is activated, the service is considered fully delivered.
  • No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after delivery.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new access period begins.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical failure where the access token cannot be delivered or the digital environment is inaccessible due to an error on our end, clients may reach out via our Contact page within 24 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, either provide a replacement access token or issue a refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in permanent suspension of access to all CreateVu services.

Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

All CreateVu services are 100% digital. There are no physical goods, shipping, or handling involved.

Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, the customer is immediately redirected to an automated, secure digital environment and issued a unique access token. This token grants entry to the relevant service portal — either the Digital Art Broadcast Feed or the Creator Mentorship Consulting Interface.

Access Duration

Each access token is valid for exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the time of issuance. Access is automatically revoked at the end of this period unless renewed through a new purchase.

Delivery Timeline

  • Digital Art Lookbook: Access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation. Content is available immediately through the digital broadcast feed.
  • Creator Mentorship: Access to the consulting interface is granted instantly. Technical responses to inquiries are provided within 24 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST).

Delivery Confirmation

A confirmation message with the access token and portal instructions is sent to the customer immediately after payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes, please reach out via our Contact page.
